After 4 and a half years of team management and training, I am here to assist you all in gaining strength and confidence both in the gym and out. With a strong passion for helping others and a competitive sports background, I found my happy place while training others in the gym. Fitness gave me a sense of community and motivation in life and it is my goal to assist others in finding this as well. I believe in functional training to allow us to gain strength, confidence, inspiration, and motivation to live our healthiest, fullest lives on a daily basis. It is hard tackling a new challenge alone, so at Alloy we focus on accountability and supporting one another to show up for our goals, even on the hardest of days. I am truly honored to be the Director of Training for such a motivated and hard-working community of individuals who push themselves to become the best version of themself they can possibly be!
I am from Traverse City, Michigan! I have always been interested in sports and the human mind/body for most of my life. After receiving my psychology and sociology degrees at Grand Valley State University I started working out at the gym and fell in love with it. With my new found love of the gym I decided to take a complete 180 and put my time and energy into receiving multiple training certifications and jump into training there after. I have been doing it ever since and love every bit of it. Getting to help out a wide range of people with varying goals and aspirations is the best part of my job and I’m excited to see my experience grow here at Alloy!
I found my passion in fitness after graduating high school at 85 pounds. I lacked confidence and found it in exercise! My love for fitness continues to grow every single day since! I am ACE Certified and have 3+ years of experience in training with all people ranging from Division 1 athletes to surgery recovery and everything in between! At Alloy my goal is to help anyone and everyone achieve more than they thought they ever could!
